The 2013 New Year Get-together held for the backbone of the production departments of High-Accurate and High-Accurate Marine Company

At noon of February 2, 2013, the 2013 New Year Get-together was held for the backbone of the production system organized by Nanjing High Accurate Gear Group Co., Ltd. and Nanjing High Accurate Marine Equipment Co., Ltd in Jiangning, the subsidiaries of China Transmission.

Mr Hu Yueming, the President of the Board of China Transmission and general manager of Nanjing High Accurate Drive Equipment Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd, Mr Jin Maoji, party secretary of the Group and Mr Chen Yongdao, the Vice President of Group and general manager of high-accurate company and high-accurate marine company were gathered together with other learders and staffs to wave farewell to the year of 2012 and welcome to the year of 2013. Review the past days and best wishes for the prosperous future with singing and dancing. With the music of opening dance "Jiangnan Style" sounded, the New Year Party kicked off.

 
Vice President Chen delivered a New Year's address

At first, the general manager Chen Yongdao delivered the welcome speech with the best wishes for the happy New Year to the leadership of the companies and all staffs. Then Mr Chen respectively made the summaries in the past and outlooks in the futher for High Accurate Company and High Accurate marine company.

He said, for High Accurate Company, the quality of our products has been praised by the majority of customers and our brand has been improved continuously, in terms of cost control, releasing full potentials and strengthening management, and in 2012 the auxiliary materials consumption and outsourcing procurement costs dropped significantly.

For the Marine Company, through the efforts of the past few years, standing on solid ground ,each year to a new level, although very difficult, we were steady moving forward. Our new products and markets have been developed continuously. At present marine nine series products have covered all the equipments inside the entire ship propulsion system. So far we have been a considerable reputation throughout the ship supporting industry. Now we are very proud that our propulsion systems equipments have almost been used in the surveillance ships and fishery vessels cruising in our waters.

The past year was a tough year, with shrinkage of the international and domestic market, higher quality required by customers increasingly. New year coming, the difficulties and challenges are still in front of us, the two companies have to jointly continue to work hard, keep a clear mind, grasp the development of new products, do a good job of marketing and cost control and focusing on production management, especially for product quality. Quality is the life of enterprises, which can directly affect the enterprises in term of uprising or downfalling and success or failure. In the fields of marine equipments, we should think ourselves tread as if on thin ice and continue to get the entrepreneurial spirit. I believe that the two companies will be able to gain great achievements under the leadership of our Group in the new year.

 
Mr Hu made a new year speech

Mr Hu also made a New Year speech. He said, our Group has experienced a severe test in the past year, for the world economy and China's economy, especially for the equipment industry in China is under enormous pressure, but we can keep the heroic spirit of NGC, not afraid of difficulties and dangers, and to work hard and lay a solid foundation for future development. We are confident of the year of 2013, we have achieved gratifying successes in the past year and broken a new ground for our future.

The traditional products are very promising in the future, NGC started the business on the traditional products. we must have the spirit of innovation and open up the markets at home and abroad with the advantage of traditional products. Now the ship products around the world fell sharply about 70% and the marine company was also under a lot of pressure. but we aimed at the top markets with high-tech and high starting point. By our efforts, we led the marine market to a brighter future , and the achievements of marine products have rose greatly, that is praiseworthy that we have been gained much attention at home and abroad.

NGC can survive in the markets only on the business of gearboxes, but it is difficult for us that if we want to become bigger and stronger, and even without any worries behind. So we must research and develop in many fields of industries in order to enhance the ability to resist market risks. At present many subsidiaries of our Group have made gratifying achievements.Such as LED company will become national top three this year. Our products have exported to the United States and Taiwan. There are more than 2,000 LED manufacturers in China, and we are the only manufacturers exported to the market of United States and Taiwan, the quality of which has been fully accepted.

Finally Mr Hu asked the leaders to care for our employees, from the bottom of their hearts to respect them. NGC is a team that can fight anytime. It is a very important part of our enterprise culture with leaders and staffs in harmonious common struggle. which contributed to the achievements of NGC today. We must be united and selfless and care for any problems of the employees and obey the discipline and law, to lay a solid foundation for the future of NGC and make our business bigger and stronger.
